Why don’t we do this more often? For me, Raclette is an absolute highlight – no longer just the star of Christmas dinners but a go-to favorite for any occasion.

Michaela's Tip: Most Raclette pans are non-stick, so greasing is usually not necessary. However, for the frittata with egg, I recommend brushing the pan lightly with oil.
