I'm thrilled to have you here!

In the fall of 2019, I launched my blog "Michaela's". Since then, it's been all about promoting healthier eating habits, mental well-being, and an overall holistic approach to health.
​
As a blogger, author, food nomad, podcaster, founder & certified nutrition coach, I share my understanding of healthy eating in various forms.
How did I get into blogging, you ask?
After ending my career as a development manager and going through a burnout phase, the food blog project became my personal form of therapy.
Without that experience, I probably wouldn't have had the courage to pursue my greatest passion.

I aim to make my dishes more than just about satisfying hunger or eating healthily. The texts, the images, the cooking - it's all about bringing joy and shedding the dull image of cooking. It's art, it's healing, it's enjoyment.
My vision?
It's my heartfelt mission to convey the importance of nutrition on both mental and physical levels.

Over time, I've come to realize that I can inspire and move people. The fact that people listen to me, cook my recipes, and read my texts is incredible and one of the reasons why I love waking up in the morning.

I hope that you, too, see food as a crucial component for both physical and mental well-being.
