Hello, I’m Michaela – content creator and certified nutrition coach.
Since 2019, I have been sharing my culinary journey – from my first recipes in a small Hamburg kitchen to my current life in Amsterdam.
Here I combine enjoyment, intestinal health and mindfulness with everyday nutrition.
My journey began with the desire to live a healthier life. But at some point, 'healthy' became controlling – until I realized that true health has nothing to do with perfection.
Today I stand for a diet that is light, enjoyable and sustainable – and that gives you renewed confidence in your own body.

How I got into blogging?
After my career as a development manager and a period of exhaustion and burnout, this was my turning point: I needed a new foundation—for my health and my life.
Cooking and writing became my outlet. Recipes and blog posts soon evolved into something more: a community yearning for inspiration, real experience, and an honest approach to nutrition.
Today I know: My story is not only personal, but also an offer – to all those who want to break free from perfectionism and live life with enjoyment again.

My vision?
Health doesn't matter. I see myself as an anti-diet activist: food should be something beautiful—nourishing, fun, creative. And for me, cooking is the simplest form of self-care.
That's why I want to inspire people to cook again and at the same time raise awareness about topics that are important to me – be it here in my community, in cooking workshops, or in content projects with companies.
